Hello Raiders! I just wanted to post a quick note to say "Hey" and to help keep the Spirit of 76 alive! Chuck Rivet, what's up man??? Fantastic to see you drop a line on the K-Town site. And, it's so great that you mentioned Bob Wells. How could anyone forget him... Football, Wrestling... The Manheim Blues... In case you haven't heard, our class is trying to get a reunion together in 2008. I'm not sure the plans are 100% made. Drop me a line and I will tell you what I know. (kenhassie@bellsouth.net).
Susie - Charlie Cameron (class of 76) was such a great guy. He went to the Air Force Academy after graduation and I've not seen or heard about him since. I hope he is contacted for our class reunion. Do you remember his brother (Colin) and the top hat he wore??

| Hey fellow 70's Raiders! I was just surfing the net and found out an announcement last week by the Air Force Academy athletic department. Fellow classmate and 1978 "WE ARE THE CHAMPIONS" DODDSEUR Men's JV Basketball teammate (I was one of the managers), ALONZO BABERS will be inducted next month into the Air Force Academy Hall of Fame! Congratulations Alonzo! Oh, yeah...Alonzo also won TWO Olympic GOLD Medals during the 1984 Summer Olympics in Los Angeles, CA. A special documentary is now showing on HBO about the 1984 Summer Olympic Games. Sending out all my shouts to the KTOWN MONKEY HUSTLE...Pluck, Stone, Banner, JJ, Anthony! And to the rest...I am getting oldsheimers and can't remember many things now!!! Take care guys!!! Miss walking in on ya in the LOCKER ROOM!!! |
