I check the site every few months when I'm felling nostalgic. I remember being in downtown Ramstein at the Romer Klause having a few Carlsbergs with Tom Marcelino (rest in peace) and a few others and discussing if people in the states were better friends than we were because they were together longer than we were and deciding we were closer. Those days played a big part in who I am today. It is hard to believe that I graduated 26 years ago. For those who remember me or want to say hi, send me an email.

Hi, I just thought I should let anyone who reads this know that Dr. Burton, long time Kaiserslautern teacher has passed away. I really don't know much in the way of details, but she was still teaching this academic school year, so I understand that it was rather unexpected. Anyhow, she was formally employeed by the elementary school, but did orchestra which several high school students participated in from time to time. Hope everyone is doing well. I just finished my second year of law school, one more to go. Kris

Well its been a long time...just thought I would give an update on what I've been doing...I graduated college in 2002 with a double major in german and political science and then got teaching certification. I am currently teaching in williamsburg, Va. and loving it. It seems like so long ago that I was in High School! Anyhow anyone that wants to keep in touch, drop me an email.

Time for another quick update.... I am proud to announce that after a few crazy years, I am FINALLY a college graduate!! Took some time, but I made it!! Now I just need to find a job! I'm still living in New Orleans but am more than willing to relocate so if anybody knows of areas that are hiring, please feel free to share! I got my BS in Management with a Double Minor in European Studies and MIS. I've been applying for mostly government jobs, but we all know how that goes... it's not what you know, it's WHO you know.
