Hi folks. I just wanted to drop this note because I saw someone who posted about the movie/documentary about brats. It is called "Brats, Our Journey Home" I saw it with a fellow brat and we were deeply impacted. Google the name to get to the brats site. You can order the DVD there. It is well worth the time and money to see this amazing documentary.
On a lighter note. Anyone out there that lived on Flieger/Blutaker 74-78? I would love to here from you all. |

| I really enjoy reading the messages everyone leaves here. I have pulled up roots. After living in a very small town (Haines, Ak.), My son and I have taken up residency in the boom town of Anchorage, Alaska. What a change. I'm a single p0arent of a almost eleven year old son, and work for a large Construction Company as the Purchasing/ Logistics Coordinator.As a military brat having lived all over, I find the last frontier my home. I'm just trying to fing Peggy Fish class of 68. I talked to our friend Darlene Hall in Oct. when i WAS IN THE D.C. area working. She's now retired from the IRS. I now live in Chatt. Tn.
The kids are all grown and moved away.I've be back to K-town twice once in 98 and then again in 04. Lord have things changed. Pirmasens closed in 96. Looked sad. One of my sons was stationed in Ramstien both times. Food and beer were still good. Peggy if your out there and find this, e-mail me. |

| I'm blown away by how many Red Raiders are still out there and the passion we still have for the red & white I was showing my 13yr old my year books and I can not believe how many people I missed, and tortured in school my god I was mess.I am planning to take my family to Germany in 2008 for a show and tell trip and K-town is first on the list I have 3 girls ages 13,5,4 and they pay me back ten times for all the chaos I pulled nice age gaps on the kids thats typical of me.lol Any one out there from the smurfs or little red corvette days please send a message in a bottle to this old class clown.I miss you all go RED RAIDERS. |
